The latest Firefox PBI's have all been under 100MB (~90 actually). Are 
you still using the 8.x PBI's? Because those have not been supported 
anymore for quite a while.

 From the last round of web browser approvals for the 9.x series, I 
remember the sizes being: Firefox - 90MB, Chromium - 130MB, and Opera - 
60MB (roughly).
