[PC-BSD Testing] Installing apps will cue in alphabetical after leaving Appcafe

Steps.
1. Install as many apps as you want
2. Notice that apps are cued in the order that you installed.
3. Leave AppCafe and go to other applications

Observed behaviour: Notice that the ordering of cue is now in
alphabetical order. Not the order that you installed the apps.
