[PC-BSD Testing] FTP_PROXY and network

When I setup proxy with network manager I have some issues:
1. Network manager is not parse port correcly. After reopen it displays
IP:PORT, but port edit is set to 0
2. It write only HTTP_PROXY variable to /etc/profile (should write
FTP_PROXY too)

After network restarting seems like dhclient is not run (please check)
