Thanks for catching that!
I just fixed it here in SVN, it will be completely fixed once the PBI's 
rebuild.

In the meantime, you can add the following exec line to make it work:
"Exec=/usr/pbi/xxxterm-amd64/.sbin/xxxterm"
and the Path line should be:
"Path=/usr/pbi/xxxterm-amd64"
