[PC-BSD Testing] Appcafe cannot pop system is full error message

Try filling up the /usr partition up to 100%
Then install any pbi from appcafe.
Notice Appcafe does not pop a system is full error instead it pops about a
mirror connection error misleading the user for network problem instead of
hard disk space problem.

Im using PCBSD 9.1 Beta1 DVD UFS LXDE
