The CDMNT variable works now in pcinstall.cfg, not documented in forums or wiki but sure to find anywhere in the scripts...
/usr/local/share/pcbsd/scripts?
Want to change automated install default background pictures with post-install.sh but fails with
/cdmnt-install/... not found (no pictures are copied from ISO-CD but located in <cdroot>/boot/)
Also need more picture-details while cannot load PCX! from /boot/themes/default
when taking 640x480 indexed pcx
Interessting that Vbox ethernet card is deactivated per default as seen in em0 configuration LXDE-GUI
and has to rectivated manually and check box to do DHCP after autom.install.
Thinking about the right way working with post-install script on the installation media vs. packing a different PCBSD.TBZ .
Post-install is located on CD, perhaps rsync or TBZ is more elegant or secure way to work with sh scripts??
Good work with the Release9, seems a stable base to check also partitioning scripts.
Thanks!
