[PC-BSD Testing] [PBI] Audacity compiled without MP3 support

According to freshports, It looks like audacity-devel is automatically 
compiled with all the different mp3 options (we have no special settings 
for the PBI). I will have to do a bit more checking to see what is going 
on with this.
