[PC-BSD Testing] Cheese elements missing after AppCafe install

It looks like the Cheese program was missing the gstreamer-plugins-all 
port on the run dependency list, so I just added it into the PBI and set 
it to rebuild. It should be fixed in a few days once the PBI build 
servers get going again.
