[PC-BSD Testing] Bluetooth GUI

I played around with the new Bluetooth GUI [1] and it seems to work more
or less, I was able to pair my notebook with my HTC Desire S and my
Plantronics Explorer 390 BT Headseat.
Two suggestions: 
- Add a button to enable/disable hcsecd 
- Remove the samples from /etc/hcsecd.conf, it's confusing the
  bt-manager

Now what's missing on FreeBSD's side is a better bluetooth support, so
that one can actually make use of BT devices like Headsets.
Unfortunately the necessary profiles are still missing.
