[PC-BSD Testing] Support for Dell ST2220T Touchscreen

Hi.

I have no this device, but was looking towards getting it. But had no chance to test it with FreeBSD / PC-BSD yet. So, watching you making it work. ;)

If I have any suggestions, will write. :)
