[PC-BSD Testing] AppCafe errors (v9.1rc3)

Hello!

I have tried to auto-update Exaile to 3.3.0 via AppCafe which did not work
(at least partly due to mirrors being down perhaps), and a cancelled update
attempt seems to have also caused Exaile to be removed entirely- cancel of
an update ought to revert to the older version (if a copy of the older is
kept prior). I cannot replicate this since I no longer have the older
version of Exaile installed.

So I have tried to reinstall Exaile:

*AppCafe Error(s)*:
In AppCafe it appears that it downloads all but the last 5% (55MB of 57MB),
quits with a popup that complains about my connection "*An error occurred
while installing Exaile Please check your network connection or mirror
settings*." After I click ok on that popup window, AppCafe cycles though
all installed pbis, reaching Exaile that presently has a download arrow for
icon, and the 'downloading' message is removed. If i click on the Exaile
line in 'installed' pbis and choose to view details, the Exaile page shows
a checkmark and 'installed' (v3.3.0, not the former older version I had
once).

*Proper AppCafe function*:
If i choose 'cancel download' then that is what it seems to do, removes the
Exaile line with arrow icon from the 'installed' list and the Exaile detail
page reverts to 'download' option.

*Attempts via cli fail*, there seems to be one mirror down and bad
checksum/archive:
