What do you like to learn? FreeBSD?

If so, I'd recommend Michael Lucas' "Absolute FreeBSD" [1]. It's a bit
oldish (2007), but still a very good lecture.

Apart from that, there's always the FreeBSD Handbook [2], even in 
Dutch [3] :)
