[PC-BSD Testing] Cannot disable network interface again after enabling network device in failover setting

1. Run Network Manager
2. Select network interface
3. Go to Network Configuration (Advanced) and enable/tick Wired/wireless
failover setting
4. Right click network Manager
5. Click Configure network interface name
6. Notice "Disable this network device" is ticked (Notice that there are
still no added entries in /etc/rc.conf)
7. Uncheck "Disable this network device"
8. Click Apply, Ok, Close
* Notice that cloned_interfaces and ifconfig_lagg0 entries will added in
/etc/rc.conf
9. Repeat step 3, and this time tick/check "Disable this network device"
10. Click, Apply, Ok, Close
11. Repeat step 3 & 4, Notice that "Disable this network device" is still
unchecked. Expected should be ticked/checked

Im using PC-BSD 9.1 Beta 1 DVD i386 32 bit LXDE UFS Virutualbox Bridged
