[PC-BSD Testing] Install all menu icons (all users) in AppCafe only works with root password

any reason we couldn't have a separate button that allowed creation of the icons/links for the individual user? that way any given user could visit app cafe, click the button, and have icons without further security elevation. 

or am i missing something?
