[PC-BSD Testing] Firefox ESR

I noticed that the latest version of Firefox from the apps cafe is labeled Firefox ESR (10.0.03).  According to Mozilla, the next iteration for ESR will be based on Firefox 17.

It's not really clear how closely the ESR versions will track improvements in the regular version, but obviously there will be some delay.

Mozzila says:
Who is it for?
Firefox ESR is intended for groups who deploy and maintain the
desktop environment in large organizations such as universities and
other schools, county or city governments and businesses.
Who is it not for?
Individual users who always want the latest features, performance enhancements and technologies in their browser without waiting for them to become available in ESR several development cycles later.

Was this choice intentional by FreeBSD?  Freshports doesn't show any other version.
