[PC-BSD Testing] Translated strings not shown in 9.0 BETA2 installer (Chinese_Taiwan and Japanese)

Unfortunately the fixes appear to have also reverted all progress that have
already made. Now most, if not all, strings need to be re-translated again
as they now are left blank again. Arghhh! :(:(:(
