[PC-BSD Testing] PCBSD Installer translations

Hi Kris et al.

Whenever I find some time, I try to improve PCBSD's German translation.
At the moment I am working on the Installer.

Here are my findings:
Although the help texts are already translated, the help button just 
opens
a new help window without any content.
Also, in the screen where you can choose between PCBSD and FreeBSD the 
icon
captions are missing, but they're also already translated in pootle.
Same goes for the "Users setup" Tab in the "Users" screen.
