[PC-BSD Testing] 9.0-BETA2 - old style loader menu

I have some ideas about boot menu in 9.1:
* Merge with FreeBSD 9.0 boot menu
* Add back boot delay setting from loader.conf
* Kernels menu should display all custom kernels (not only
kernel/kernel.old/generic)

If I will have time I'll do this due to 9.1
