[PC-BSD Testing] Is it possible to decrease the usb img size ? I had only 3.8GB usb disk device.

There is a file on the SanDisk site called Launchpad removal that will allow you to remove the section on a flash drive that auto mounts as a CD. This will allow you to reclaim most of the space and it just might give you enough room for the image.
