[PC-BSD Testing] FBFS scheduler

Hello

Please take a look to FBFS scheduler (linux BFS scheduler reimplementation
for FreeBSD). This is low latency scheduler should be more suitable for
desktop usage.

You should apply patch for 8.2 ()  and than another patch to for 9.0.
