Currently there are two FreeBSD ports for speech recognition as listed on
the voxforge site, Sphinx and Julius. They are not yet available in PBI
form, however, building/installing via the ports tree is relatively easy,
automated, or adding a prebuilt package is possible as well.

What I tend to do, is visit freshports.org to locate what I need, then
copy/paste the instruction to the commandline. The sphinx program comes in
a few formats so the link lists 'sphinx' matches, Julius is the actual link:
