[PC-BSD Testing] KDE python plasmoids. Again.

Hello

Since PC-BSD switch to KDE4 plasmoids written on python are not work.
So I can not add any plasmoid from kdelook :( When you build kde from
x11/kde4 metaport PLASMA_PYTHON and PLASMA_RUBY options are set. But
when you build kde from separated ports those options is not set by
default for port x11/kdebase4-worspace so plasma builds without python
and ruby support. Please add that options for kdebase4-worspace port
build. That should fix issue.
