[PC-BSD Testing] Skype PBI

Hi,

On 9.0-RC3 the Skype PBI doesn't recognize sound devices on any of my 
systems unless I add the linux-f10-alsa-plugins-oss package to the base 
OS and then edit the /compat/linux/etc/alsa/pcm/pcm-oss.conf file to 
define the mappings. I don't see the equivalent alsa libs or config 
files under the Skype PBI directory, if indeed that would be the correct 
place for Skype to find these.
