Hello..

The trouble is a missing package file on*
ftp://ftp.pcbsd.org/pub/mirror/9.0-RC3/amd64/netinstall/packages/* The
nvidia-settings file on the site is nvidia-settings-290.10.tbz while the
script seeks nvidia-settings-285.05.09.tbz

Interim solution:

   1. Obtain *nvidia-settings-285.05.09.tbz *from its ports directory:
   'make fetch'
   2. Transfer the distfile to /usr/local/tmp/9.0-RC3/packages
   3. Make an md5 file (cropping its content to only the checksum) with an
   identical name with .md5 suffix
   4. Rename the nvidia distfile from *.tar.bz2 to *.tbz

An alternative might be to edit a manifest file or a script somewhere, but
not knowing what/where those are, I chose the above.

I do not directly use nvidia, though its possible something has it as a
dependency.. so I am uncertain if I may run into problems in the near
future, but the hurdle to my update was surpassed.

Thanks for all your effort!
