[PC-BSD Testing] 9.0-RC3 doesn't install to a blank disk

There's a bug in the partitioner that means that if you click "Add 
Partition" on the Basic screen it'll fail to create a new scheme if one 
doesn't already exist. What's more, if you delete all the existing 
partitions (via "Delete Partition") it'll destroy the scheme, meaning 
you have to open an xterm and type "gpart create -s mbr ada0" to recover.
