[PC-BSD Testing] reset/restart rc2 to rc3 update

Hello!

While my update to rc3 from rc2 was in the process of downloading, I
[adverb] caused network connectivity problems which lead to a timeout.  The
update quit but now it believes that the update was successful.  I am
wondering what to erase or cause to be restored or whatever, so that my
system can restart the update procedure.
