[PC-BSD Testing] New Nvidia Drivers released

I also read the 173.xx and 96.xx legacy drivers were getting a tiny bump 
soon too. It was mainly for KDE 4 and xorg-server 1.10, not that we have 
to worry about that quite yet. :-)
