[PC-BSD Testing] 9.0 386 Boot Only install issue

I am trying to install PCBSD 9.0 386 with the boot only cd. All goes well
until I get to the following point in the install:
umount: /cdmnt-install: not a file system root directory

I have had the same issue when trying to install gnome2 & KDE.
