[PC-BSD Testing] fixing Kleopatra startup errors

When Kleopatra starts and does its checks, it complains that:

1. GpgSM (S/MIME Backend) installation not supported

2. Gpg-Agent Connectivity not reachable

1. occurs because the FreeBSD Makefile for security/gpgme disables GPGSM (thus the package does not contain it).

Kris, the fix for this is to create a custom package built with this command (which will also install it):

make package WITH_GPGSM=yes

2. man gpg-agent has several ideas for starting this daemon. Kris, you'll want to review this manpage to see which method makes the most sense.

Cheers,

Dru
