[PC-BSD Testing] Default IBUS setting for PCBSD

Hmm...looks like when I set FORCEIBUS to YES, I lose the IME icon in the
system tray.  I just reset FORCEIBUS to NO and rebooted.  Now the IME icon
is back.

But of course, with FORCEIBUS set to NO, however, I lose the ability to use
IBUS as the default IME.
