So, for the moment the fix should be switching our "gpart -b 258048" to get a proper
starting block?

This shouldn't cause any issues if we are using GPT/MBR for the scheme right? I don't have
my hands on one of these disks, so I'll have to rely on others to ensure it works right. I can
fix my patch in gnats to use that offset if that seems to be the "correct" solution :)
