Right clicking on the tray clock does show my time zone but it doesn't
match that set in the system settings panel.  They appear to conflict.


Hovering over the tray clock shows UTC, Araguaina, and Bangkok, as well
as NYC.  Huh?


Totally screwed up.


Sounds like a KDE problem to me. This is on the 8.0 with KDE 4.3.5, or
the snapshot with the newer 4.4.3?
