You are trying to install on a disk which already has FreeBSD / PC-BSD 
loaded previously right? I've run into the same issue here, and fixed it 
the other day in SVN. The next snapshot which is building right now 
should have this corrected, can you re-test this when its available?

BTW, to fix it for now, you just need to clear out some of the disk, "dd 
if=/dev/zero of=/dev/ada0 should work, let that run for a bit and then 
cancel out and try it again :)
