[PC-BSD Testing] Printer won't work

devfs_ruleset="localrules" implies the use of devfs.conf If my understanding
is correct. Kris I think the rule should work, Kleene's closure for ulpt
would do ulp, ulpt, ulptt, ulpttttt and so on..
