[PC-BSD Testing] Question about annoying sound

  Hello all.
Currently in FreeBSD there is such sysctl:
hw.syscons.bell=1

What it does, is make that ugly sound, while typing in console and press 
tab for completion, but there is no variants, or while you have emtpy 
command line and press backspace.
As for me, it's anachronism :)

So, the question is:
Is there some peoples who find this sound good and useful? If not, how 
about we disable it by default?
