[PC-BSD Testing] kdeinit4 processes

Everybody,

If you've been seeing some of those kdeinit4 processes spinning out of 
control on your system, go ahead and grab the latest patch this morning 
for the pbi thumbnailer, which seems to correct one instance of it 
occurring. One of the functions we used in QT doesn't play nicely in QT 
4.6.1 it seems, had to re-write that functionality :)
