[PC-BSD Testing] PC-BSD 8.0-RC

The boot-up splash screen shows checked in System Manager, and has to be
unchecked/rechecked to run the splash.
Minor - I'll follow up with a bug report for this one tonight, since it's
not exactly 'a problem'
