[PC-BSD Testing] Problems with 20091002 alpha

Thanks! I've updated this for the next alpha just now. I've created
icons for KDM / Samba configuration specifically, and removed the old
systemsettings (admin mode) icon, which isn't really designed to run in
root mode, and causes problems such as this.
