[PC-BSD Testing] error on pootle server

Josh,

I'm not sure whats going on with this, would you be willing to take a look
at Pootle's setup to see why it can't send mail?

As for docs, this is all there really is:

I've heard a big re-design of Pootle is about to hit, perhaps it'll have better
docs ;)
