[PC-BSD Testing] error on pootle server

The pootle server gives the following error when you try to register an account:

Error sending mail: Sender refused

Someone else had this problem and reported it on translations@ on Nov. 17.

Anyone know if there is a pootle (or using .po) 101 out there? The official documentation contains nothing useful for new translators.

For those interested in joining the translation team, is there a big ramp up process or any mentors to help new translators?
