[PC-BSD Testing] Upgrade to RC1 - Needed time to cook and a few reboots. Needs fixing

Peter,

I think these problems are related to our tuning of the kern.hz 
variable. PC-BSD doesn't have any "self-healing" or "syncing" feature 
which would fix it over time :)

I've removed that setting on the 7.1-Final, so hopefully these problems 
will go away for you.
