What I have in mind here is mostly as an aid to Kris. I have an idea
that looks to be doable. I can use Google Docs to create a form that
can be linked to in an email. The testers then just need to fill out
the form and submit it. It will then be automatically added to a
spreadsheet. This way if someone reports a bug that Kris can't
duplicate on his system he can do a quick search and see if another
tester has the same piece of HW. If they do he can email them and ask
them to do some further testing to see if they have the same problem.

The only downside I can see is that if the pool of testers is too
small there may be a problem finding someone with the needed HW. The
spreadsheet could be made available to everyone if need be, but my
idea is to primarily have it for Kris. Anyway, just my thoughts on it.
Suggestions and comments are welcome. Feel free to contact me directly
by email if you want your thoughts kept private.
