1. File Manager (Administrator) does not work.
File Manager (Administrator) aka sudolphin loads, asks for password,
then after displaying the directory tree does not list any files. It
generated an error saying:

"Could not start process Cannot talk to klauncher: The name
org.ked.klauncher was not provided by any .service files.

A second error stated:

"Could not find mime types: "inode/directory" "inode/blockdevice"

2. Update on Upgrade Install Error.
In Vol 29, Issue 15 I reported that after verifying the integrity of
the installation disk, the upgrade from 7.1 had failed. The exact
error message generated on the failed upgrade attempt was:

"Install Error"

"An error occurred while extracting the system image! Please check
the install CD or by selecting 'Safe Mode' when the installation CD
begins booting. The system will now reboot."
