[PC-BSD Testing] Vim hangs

vim runs fine from the console, but gvim hangs the console with no prompt. Can't control-C or anything. Have to close the console. no error messages. Monitor shows (g)Vim taking 35M of memory but zero CPU time.

Vim or the graphical gvim you mean? gvim works fine here. What happens if you
run gvim / vim from konsole? Any error messages?
