[PC-BSD Testing] Update to 7.1.1 broke the Warden

The Warden got broken in my 32 bit system too.
Here is the error message:
TheWarden(2972) KLocalePrivate::initEncoding: Cannot resolve system encoding, defaulting to ISO 8859-1.

What specifically about OO? I know Gonzalo will be adding the 3.1.0 versions to pbidir today
or tomorrow, including localized builds, like RU, ES, UK, etc.
