Follow-up to Firefox 3.5 won't start on Acer:

Firefox 3.5 starts without problem on HP Vectra VL420.  Some of the
differences are:

(1) The Acer is a portable.  The HP is a desktop.
(2) The Acer uses the Intel graphics chip.  The HP is using VESA (ugh).
(3) The Acer was a "fresh install".  The HP was an "upgrade" over -RC2.
