[PC-BSD Testing] Dolphin (Admin Mode) won't open text files

When using Dolphin in the Admin mode, it will not open a file with KWrite or
Okteta or othe editor.

But if you use the non-admin "normal" Dolphin it will open files with those
editors.

This is the same kind of problem reported back in Feb 8  2009 while testing
early 7.1 alphas, but I'll be damned if I remember how you fixed it.
