[PC-BSD Testing] Apache PBI what's up?

Give this PBI a shot:
On my system here, it does install + run just fine, but it still needs some more cleanup before I'm ready
to commit it to pbidir. I'm trying to fix it up now, but please try the existing one, to confirm it starts / runs
for you :)
