[PC-BSD Testing] 7.1RC1 - Important Character Problem

when i want to save my datas with konqueror and dolphin (both with root 
rights) the programs says "that the file or folder doesn´t exist" when a 
file or a folder contains a äüö and some french, spanish, italian 
characters.

i can´t rename, remove or move this file/folders.
BUT when i start filezilla and rename the files i can copy it afterwards.
BUT when i want to rename a folder that contains one these specific 
characters i can´t rename the files in this folder.
