[PC-BSD Testing] So many problems..

Ok I am actually writing this email in pcbsd. After two hours of assigning ip addresses default routes via console and network manager it finally started working but still gives me no clue as to what the origional problem was. At one point very quickly I was able to ping my router but any connection to it via http or telnet was refused. I just kept playing with it restarting the network changing the ip manually changing the default gateway etc until it finally started working. Really some major bugs there I am sure. I generated a system file which arp complains about a duplicate address although there is only one computer on the router, i kept trying different addresses until one finally worked which was 192.168.1.111. dhclient is still unable to obtain an ip address automatically.

The sound issue youll have to look at the system file and give me some pointers as to what to do next.
